New Survivors Network Workshops in Brighton

Survivors’ Network in Brighton are launching a series of workshops to help reconnect survivors with their bodies for mental and physical well-being, and empower them to support each other for ongoing positive change. Each session features 30 minutes of activities including boxing, Kettlebells and relaxation. There’s a chance for a quick natter and a tea with the other participants after. Drop in every Friday in October, 6pm to 7pm for self-identified women aged 18 or over. All levels of fitness welcome! To book your place or for more information, contact [email protected]
