The Grow Project
- Is for people who’d benefit from improving their wellbeing – eg if you’ve experienced depression, anxiety, stress etc
- Offers you the chance to enjoy beautiful local countryside in a friendly & supportive group, with abalance of:
– just being in magical surroundings with picnics, tea & chat, soup by the fire, mindfulness exercises etc
– various activity choices to suit mood, energy & interest eg nature walks, conservation tasks, wild food foraging, creative sessions, shepherding
- Is FREE & includes transport & lunch (donations are welcome)
- Works in partnership with The National Trust at beautiful Saddlescombe Farm (near Devils Dyke)
- Runs closed groups for 8 weeks on Thursdays (10.15am – 5pm)
