Release is thrilled to have been awarded a grant of £9,800 from the National Lottery through the Big Lottery Fund. The grant will fund our therapeutic work with new mums across Brighton & Hove.

The 1st- 7th February 2016 has been established as ‘Sexual Abuse & Sexual Violence Awareness Week’ giving chance to raise awareness about sexual abuse and sexual violence and how to prevent it in the UK.

Our latest ‘Into the Light’ group has ended.
Our latest 10-week ‘Into the Light’ course for survivors of sexual abuse has ended in Brighton. It has been a fantastic group, and thank you to each of the women who took part.
Our pilot of the ‘Mummyshock’ 10-week group was a success!
Thanks to funding from Brighton & Hove City Council Mental Wellbeing Innovation Fund, we launched ‘Mummyshock’ 10- week counselling group for new mums between February- May 2015 in Brighton.
Release Team to Run the Brighton 10k
On Sunday 15th Nomenber, a team of 9 runners will be running the Brighton 10K in aid of Release Counselling and Therapy for Women.
