Mother Nurture
Mother Nurture is our flagship course for new mums/birthing parents, supporting you in navigate challenges of transitioning into motherhood. We recognise that people have different experiences, and so aside from our original course, we have some variations for mums with specific circumstances, such as babies who were born prematurely or for mums with a history of sexual trauma. We also plan to launch an eLearning version in 2024.

For mums/birthing parents outside of the Sussex area, or those who don’t wish to attend our course in person, we are planning to create an eLearning version of our Mother Nurture course in early 2024, which you can complete in your own time from the comfort of your own home.
